This is a place-holder for Scott's lecture on sewage in the Salish Sea, including analysis of whether to pump sewage overboard or hold it until a land-based treatment plant can be accessed.
Fundamental proposals for improvement may include:
- A larger holding tank for GV (convert one of the water tanks?)
- On-board treatment to extract liquid fraction; transport of solids to local farm?
