nformal, conversational interview - no predetermined questions are asked, to be able to remain as open and adaptable as you can for the interviewee’s nature and priorities; throughout the interview the interviewer “goes with all the flow”. General interview guide approach - that will ensure that the same general parts of information are collected from each interviewee; this provides more focus compared to conversational approach, but still allows a qualification of freedom and adaptability when you get the information from your interviewee.
