Ooi Chong Seong

Ooi Chong Seong is the President and founding father of Legenda Education Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with much more than a 10 years of experience inside the field of higher education, is recognised as a pioneer of private tertiary schooling in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held several senior administration positions, both in private and community corporations and it is recognised like a popular member with the business community.

He holds an Superior Diploma in Company from your Association of Company Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Advertising from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and advertising (“CIM”), Uk. He's also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution for the state and his pioneering function within the area of greater education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also not too long ago awarded the award of the “10 Finest Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China Worldwide Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
